Who is responsible for your data
[NOMBRE O RAZÓN SOCIAL], trading as Doyak, with its address at [DOMICILIO], is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
Our personal data department answers your questions and requests about this notice at [CORREO].
What personal data we handle
When you ask us for a proposal through the contact brief, or write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we handle:
- Identification and contact data: your name, email address and, if you give them, your company or business name and your WhatsApp number.
- Data about your project: the services or package you are interested in and what you tell us about it.
- If you hire us, the tax data we need to invoice you, such as your RFC, legal name and tax address.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, nor for financial or property data. Please do not include them in your project description or your messages.
What we use your data for
Necessary purposes, to handle your request and, if you hire us, for the service relationship:
- Answering your request and contacting you by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Understanding your project and preparing a proposal or quote.
- If you hire us, providing the services, following up on them and invoicing them.
- Meeting our legal obligations.
Additional purposes, which require your consent and which you can refuse without affecting the necessary ones:
- Sending you news, content and promotions about our services.
- Asking for your opinion about our work.
If you don't want us to use your data for the additional purposes, write to us at [CORREO] at any time. If you share your data with us after reading this notice and do not object, we take it that you consent to its processing as described here.
How to limit the use or disclosure of your data
You can ask us at any time to stop sending you news and promotions, or to limit the use of your data, by writing to [CORREO]. We will add you to our internal exclusion list so we don't contact you again for those purposes.
You can also sign up for the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not transfer it to third parties without your consent, except in the cases allowed by article 36 of the Law, for example when a law or a competent authority requires it.
To operate, we rely on hosting, email and messaging providers that process data only on our behalf and under our instructions, as processors; this is not a transfer.
If we ever need to transfer your data for something that requires your consent, we will ask you first.
Your ARCO rights
You have the right to access your data and know how we handle it; to rectify it if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date; to cancel it so that we no longer hold it; and to object to its processing for a legitimate reason.
To exercise them, write to [CORREO] and include:
- Your name and a way to reply to you, such as your email.
- A copy of your official ID or, if you act on someone else's behalf, the documents proving your representation.
- A clear description of the data you want to exercise your right over, unless it is access.
- The right you want to exercise or what you are asking for; for a rectification, the changes and the document supporting them.
- Any other information or document that helps us find your data.
We will answer within 20 business days of receiving your request and, if it applies, carry it out within the following 15 business days. These deadlines can be extended only once, by an equal period, when the circumstances justify it.
We will send you the information by email, as electronic documents. Exercising your rights is free; we could only charge the costs of reproduction, copies or delivery, if any.
How to revoke your consent
You can revoke the consent you gave us to process your data at any time, through the same procedure as the ARCO rights, by writing to [CORREO]. Revocation is not retroactive and, if it concerns the necessary purposes, it may stop us from handling your request or providing the service.
Retention and security
We keep your data only as long as the purposes in this notice and our legal obligations require; then we block it and delete it.
We apply administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice because of changes in the law, in our services or in how we handle your data. We will publish every version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant and we have your email, we will also tell you by that means.
If you believe your rights have been violated
If you get no answer to your request or disagree with it, you can file a data protection request with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, Mexico's data protection authority, within 15 business days of our answer or once the deadline for it has passed.
